Η ομάδα Αρχιτέκτονων του Manal Rachdi OXO  σε συνεργασία  με την ομάδα του Sou Fujimoto Architects μαζί με Compagnie Phalsbourg που σχετίζονται με την Ogic είναι περήφανοι να ανακοινώσουν ότι το έργο «Mille Arbres" (Χίλια Δένδρα) κέρδισε το διαγωνισμό της «Réinventer Παρίσι" (ανασύνθεση του Παρισιού) για η περιοχή της Pershing.

Τα αποτελέσματα ανακοινώθηκαν σήμερα στο Pavillon d'Arsenal από το Δήμαρχο του Παρισιού, Anne Hidalgo μετά τη σύσκεψη της κριτικής επιτροπής για την 26 Ιανουαρίου του 2016.

Αυτός ο ανταγωνισμός, που ξεκίνησε στις 3 Νοεμβρίου 2014, έλαβε 815 αιτήσεις για 23 περιοχές, με επιλογή 17 ομάδων για το χώρο της Pershing και, τελικά , 4 ομάδες έφτασαν  μέχρι την τελική φάση.

Ανάμεσά τους υπήρχε η ΟΜΑ που  με Gecina, Ferrier / Chartier Dalix που σχετίζονται με την BNP Paribas, και την ομάδα του 3xn / ΜARS σχετίζεται με Unibail / Bouygues Immobilier.( Πηγή από Manal Rachdi OXO αρχιτεκτόνων)

Το οικόπεδο "Pershing"  είναι χώρος  πάνω από το Périphérique, Avenue de la Porte des Ternes για την κατασκευή μιας γέφυρας κτίριου,  που βρίσκεται ανάμεσα στο Porte Maillot και το Porte des Ternes δίπλα στο Palais des Congrès de Paris.

Αυτή τη στιγμή θα είναι στο επίκεντρο της λειτουργίας ανανέωσης Porte Maillot, ένα στρατηγικό μέρος του Μείζονος Παρισιού, που συνδέει την κεντρική επιχειρηματική περιοχή με La Défense.

Παρά το γεγονός ότι το έδαφος έχει σήμερα ένα χώρο στάθμευσης και σταθμό λεωφορείων, που προορίζεται να αναπτυχθεί, με τη δυνατότητα να παραταθεί από την ανάπτυξη ενός γεφύρο-κτίριο πάνω από το Périphérique σύμφωνα με την Avenue de la Porte des Ternes.

The team of Manal Rachdi OXO Architects associated with the team of Sou Fujimoto Architects together with Compagnie Phalsbourg associated with Ogic is proud to announce that the project “Mille Arbres” (Thousand Trees) won the competition of “Réinventer Paris” (Reinventing Paris) for the site of Pershing.

The results were announced today at Pavillon d’Arsenal by the Mayor of Paris, Anne Hidalgo following the deliberation of the jury on the 26th of January 2016.

This competition, launched on the 3rd of November 2014, received no less than 815 applications for 23 sites, selecting 17 teams for the site of Pershing and consequently 4 prestigious teams continued till the final phase.

Among them there were OMA associated with Gecina, Ferrier / Chartier Dalix associated with BNP Paribas, and the team of 3xn / Mars associated with Unibail / Bouygues Immobilier. Source by Manal Rachdi OXO Architectes.

The “Pershing” plot and the transferable volume over the Périphérique, Avenue de la Porte des Ternes for the construction of a bridging building, are located between the Porte Maillot and the Porte des Ternes next to the Palais des Congrès de Paris.

This currently under-used site will be at the heart of the Porte Maillot renewal operation, a strategic part of Greater Paris, linking the central business district with La Défense.

The exceptional visibility of this plot and the importance of the traffic flows through it call for an innovative and cutting-edge project.

Αlthough the terrain currently has a parking lot and a bus station, it is destined to be developed, with the possibility of being extended by the development of a bridging building over the Périphérique in line with the Avenue de la Porte des Ternes.
